Role: AI/ML Engineer 

We are looking for an exceptional AI/ML Engineer  who thrives on solving complex data problems  and building high-performance machine learning models  for real-time marketing analytics. What You’ll Work On

• Developing AI/ML models for customer identification, predictive insights, and marketing attribution.
• Building scalable data pipelines to process massive datasets from multiple sources, ensuring high accuracy and performance.
• Optimizing real-time data processing and feature engineering to drive real-time decision-making.
• Deploying ML models in production, ensuring robustness, scalability, and efficiency.
• Collaborating with full-stack and backend engineers to integrate AI-driven insights into interactive analytics dashboards.
• Improving personalization algorithms to enhance customer segmentation and activation for marketing campaigns.
• Utilizing cutting-edge deep learning and statistical techniques to refine marketing intelligence.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong expertise in AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn) and Python.
• Experience with large-scale data processing using Kafka, Spark, or similar big data frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with databases (SQL & NoSQL) and experience designing scalable data architectures.
• Background in predictive modeling, NLP, or deep learning techniques.
• Experience deploying AI/ML models into production using AWS/GCP cloud services.
• Familiarity with enterprise SaaS applications and how AI/ML drives real-time decision-making.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on high-performance, scalable AI systems.
