We are building a small, high-agency team that moves fast and thrives in ambiguity.
The Role
This is not a traditional customer success role.
You will own the customer journey end-to-end — from pipeline to onboarding to adoption — while working directly with the founder.
You will:
- > Run product demos and manage inbound sales pipeline
- > Lead onboarding and custom implementations
- > Drive product adoption and measurable ROI
- > Create help docs, onboarding videos, and training materials
- > Translate customer feedback into product insights
- > Support internal operations and GTM initiatives
You will wear multiple hats and have direct exposure to startup strategy.
What Success Looks Like (First 6 Months)
- > Own onboarding for new customers
- > Improve time-to-value and adoption metrics
- > Create a repeatable demo + onboarding playbook
- > Build a structured feedback loop into product
- > Increase retention across accounts
Who You Are
You:
- > Take initiative without waiting for instructions
- > Communicate clearly with founders and CMOs
- > Understand marketing metrics (ROAS, CAC, attribution, funnels)
- > Thrive in ambiguity and fast-moving environments
- > Prefer ownership over rigid process
Have been in B2B SaaS, Martech, AdTech, or startup environments and have some battle scars to share
Have experience in customer success, solutions, onboarding, or client-facing roles
We care more about ownership and learning velocity than years alone.
